  • Mission Statement

To reach to every vulnerable and marginalized woman in South Sudan and contribute to their empowerment through capacity building, advocacy, and strengthening of support networks to the country’s development.

  • Vision

I-WIN envisions an equitable society where women are respected, protected, heard, and supported, and where women live free of violence and human rights abuses.

Our Journey

It began with a group of visionary youths, determined to address the dire humanitarian needs of their country. Their efforts under Touch Aid led to significant improvements in living conditions. Yet, it was clear that women and girls faced disproportionate exclusion from aid and opportunities, compounded by the threat of gender-based violence (GBV) and limited access to justice. This sparked a strategic shift, and I-WIN emerged with a refined focus on enhancing women's living standards.

  • Our Approach:

At I-WIN, we believe in the power of participation and adaptability. We listen to the voices of local women, ensuring they are at the forefront of shaping the programs that impact their lives. By partnering with women-led community-based organizations (CBOs) and groups, we identify and empower those in dire need.

  • Our Core

Women and girls are the heart of I-WIN. We strive to create an inclusive society where they are central to our mission, advocating for their rights, and challenging the societal norms that perpetuate inequality.

  • Our Belief

Every individual, regardless of gender, age, race, religion, or displacement status, deserves a life of quality. We work tirelessly to ensure no one is invisible or marginalized in the journey towards national development.

  • Our Impact

Through advocacy and support, I-WIN is not just providing immediate aid but is also laying the foundation for sustainable change and development. We reach out to marginalized women, helping them understand their rights, regain their voice, and contribute meaningfully to South Sudan's growth.

  • Join Us

In empowering women, we are building the future South Sudan aspires to—a future where empowerment isn't just a part of our mission; it's the cornerstone.

Together, we are I-WIN. Together, we can make a difference.
