Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention

I-WIN supports sustainable peace by fostering dialogue, reconciliation, and cooperation among communities affected by conflict and social divisions. Recognizing that lasting peace requires local ownership, the organization works closely with community leaders, women, youth, and other stakeholders to establish and strengthen community-led peace structures.

Through intercommunal dialogues, mediation initiatives, peace committees, youth peace networks, and early warning systems, I-WIN helps communities identify sources of conflict, address grievances, and promote peaceful dispute resolution. The organization also implements social cohesion activities that build trust, strengthen relationships, and create opportunities for collaboration among diverse groups, contributing to long-term stability and resilience.
