I-WIN is committed to advancing gender equality and strengthening the social, economic, and political empowerment of women and girls across South Sudan. Through targeted interventions, the organization addresses barriers that limit women’s participation in leadership, governance, economic opportunities, and peacebuilding processes.

Our programs focus on economic strengthening initiatives, leadership development, protection services, and gender-sensitive programming that enhances women’s resilience and self-reliance. I-WIN also supports women-led peacebuilding structures and advocates for increased representation of women in decision-making spaces at community, local, and national levels. By empowering women as leaders, entrepreneurs, peacebuilders, and change agents, I-WIN contributes to building inclusive, equitable, and prosperous communities.
